QuantaMatrix Held an EMEA Sales & Marketing Meeting

[QuantaMatrix Held an EMEA Sales & Marketing Meeting]

QuantaMatrix organized an EMEA sales & marketing meeting on June 11th, 2020. The event was held online due to Covid-19 Pandemic but 110 people from 18 countries attended for updates on our flagship product, dRAST(direct & rapid antimicrobial susceptibility testing system).
Especially, the newly launched expert system attracted a lot of attention. The expert system internalizes international and localized guidelines such as EUCAST*, CLSI**, and CA-SFM*** into the analytical SW system of dRAST to aid clinicians in prescribing antimicrobials more quickly and accurately. Considering that most of the aforementioned guidelines are updated annually, we plan to update the expert system every year to reflect the latest guidelines.

The event also gave an introduction to the enhanced customer service system. The new website updated in time for the annual sales & marketing meeting now features an online document database for members from which users can directly download product-related documents such as the IFU or user manual. "We expect this meeting to allow us to bring the most up-to-date information about our products to distributors and customers quickly and conveniently," said Dr. SungHoon Kwon, CEO of QuantaMatrix Inc.
We continue our research & development and sales & marketing activities to enhance user convenience and communication with customers.
